Jacob recently enlisted Benjamin and Elizabeth as his helpers. Then went to Riso (Jacob's work) and picked a bunch of Paradise Apples (baby sour apples) and made apple jelly. Ben and Liz loved the quality time with their father, and the jelly isn't that bad either.

Yum!! It looks like fun and I especially like the picture of the little hand reaching into the apple pot. It's a good experience for the kids too...I still remember making apple stuff every year with my parents.
Yay! I love kids night out with Daddy. It looked like a very productive day.

I'm wondering where the picture of the finished product is? That looks like fun. I too love it when the Daddy does the enlisting and the mommy can take pictures.
